CT’s Technical High Schools to Host In-Person Substitute Hiring Events

The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) is hiring substitute teachers for Connecticut’s 17 technical high schools. Four (4) in-person hiring events will be held in September and October from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Qualified applicants will receive job offers at the event. • Sept. 27, 2022: A.I. Prince Technical High School, 401 Flatbush Avenue, Hartford
• Sept. 30, 2022: Norwich Technical High School, 7 Mahan Drive, Norwich
• Oct. 4, 2022: W.F. Kaynor Technical High School, 43 Tompkins Street, Waterbury
• Oct. 7, 2022: Bullard-Havens Technical High School, 500 Palisade Avenue, Bridgeport

CTECS substitute teachers are paid $155 daily. A bachelor’s degree is required.
