Principal’s Message

Dear Eli Whitney Parents, Students and Community members,

As we embark on another exciting academic year at Eli Whitney Technical High School, I am thrilled to extend my warmest welcome to both our returning students and those who are joining our school community for the first time.

At Eli Whitney Technical High School, our Vision Statement is that we aspire to graduate the most prepared skilled labor workforce in Connecticut. Eli Whitney’s Mission Statement is to provide our students with the academic and technical skills needed to become professionals who meet the 21st Century demands of our communities in an environment that is safe and culturally responsive. The success of our students relies on a strong partnership between parents, school, and community. Together we can help our students be successful!

Trade and Academic Excellence: We are dedicated to maintaining high trade and academic standards and providing real world educational experiences that will empower our students to excel in their studies and beyond. Our teachers are passionate about their subjects and are committed to supporting each student’s growth and achievement.
